Can you hear the sound of the water splashing as it falls into the pond? The water soaks into everything around it, causing the vast array of plant and animal life to thrive in this garden. Their strength and health is assured because the water is the fulfillment of a promise made by God to those who, “ offer themselves in compassion for the hungry and relieve those in misery…He will fill you with refreshment, even when you’re in a dry, difficult place. He will continually restore strength to you, so you will flourish like a well watered garden…” This water is “ ever flowing” and “trustworthy”. Isaiah 58:10- 11.
Can you see the angel of promise sent by the Lord to guard the continual flow of heavenly water?
